Consultation enquiries

With your agreement, we store name, email, message, interest, language, submission time and contact consent in local SQLite. Two authorized staff accounts can review, assign, update and annotate enquiries. Staff changes are audited.

Analytics are optional

Page events are collected only after you allow them. We store daily totals by public page, referrer category and approved source, medium and campaign labels—not visitor IDs, IP addresses, query strings, enquiry text or email addresses. Unknown labels become “other”. Declining or withdrawing stops future collection; it does not erase earlier aggregates. These are page events, not unique visitors. Aggregates older than 90 days are removed when a new event is recorded.

Sessions and the assistant

An essential HttpOnly cookie maintains the session and request protection for two hours. Your analytics preference is kept in this browser; form data is not stored there. The assistant selects fixed answers locally and does not transmit or store questions. No AI model or email provider is connected.

Before public use

This is a local application, not a launch-approved legal privacy notice. Do not enter real customer data. Lead retention, erasure/export permissions and a data-rights contact channel require approval before launch. Leads remain locally until an operator manually removes the database.
